The value for our money at Gateway Restaurant & Lodge was exceptional, with comfortable and clean rooms equipped with everything we needed, including an electronic fireplace. The location right next to the entrance of Sequoia and Kings Canyon national park was magnificent, offering a beautiful view over the river. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of food quality.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming lodge. The location was perfect, with easy access to Sequoia park. The cozy room was beautifully furnished and the bed was heavenly comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was simple but absolutely delicious. The staff provided excellent service and the wifi connection was surprisingly fast. We also enjoyed the nice facilities, including a bar. We only wish we could have extended our stay to enjoy it even more.

The dinner menu was a bit overpriced for a remote lodge.

Great location near the entrance to a national park. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm. The room had a coffee maker and a fridge. The bathroom was mostly clean. The motel also has beautiful views of a mountain and creek.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with just a short walk to the entrance of the park. the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, especially since the area had no cell phone signal. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, making the stay more enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects to this hotel. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as there was visible dust on furniture and the bed covers and pillow cases did not feel clean.

The location of the lodge is absolutely stunning, situated right on the beautiful Kaweah River. Guests can enjoy the peaceful ambiance and even have a private deck overlooking the river. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even offering to bring restaurant meals to the cabins. Additionally, the lodge is conveniently close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park, making it a great base for exploring the natural wonders of the area.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, being one of the closest places to the national park. The staff was great, and we really enjoyed having a restaurant and bar on the property. The breakfast was delicious, and as guests, we even got a discount. The view from the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, and we're already planning to visit again in the spring.
